An Xi is a master of arts student of guidance and counseling in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in USA with a B.A. degree in dual concentration: visual arts and Asian studies. Jamie’s primary research goal is to investigate and design brief digital intervention to reduce the level of stress and anxiety, and increase self-efficacy for beginning counselors and social workers. Jamie is also interested in the practice of career counseling and education as a form of intervention to improve mental health in adolescents.
席安是來自香港理工大學應用社會科學學院的一名碩士研究生，專業是諮詢與輔導。她本科畢業於美國紐約莎拉勞倫斯學院，並獲得了視覺藝術和亞洲研究雙專業文學學士學位。她的主要研究方向是如何通過簡短而有效的數位干預，來降低新手心理諮詢師和社會工作者的壓力和焦慮水平，並提高他們的自我效能感。同時，席安也對職業生涯諮詢作為改善青少年心理健康方式的研究感興趣。
